Siddique is an Indian director, actor, producer, and screenwriter, who primarily works in the Malayalam film industry. He made his directorial debut with the Malayalam movie Ramji Rao Speaking in 1989. As a screenwriter, he made his debut with the Malayalam movie Pappan Priyappetta Pappan. On August 9, Siddique suffered a heart attack. He is already undergoing treatment for liver-related ailments and had pneumonia. His health deteriorated after the cardiac arrest, he was put in the intensive care unit.
